Responsibilities, tasks & content of the job:
Lead innovation packaging projects
Global Lead Projects
Follow-up on Zone Lead Projects
I&R Project leadership
Technical Design
Develop (packaging and machines)
Qualify
Implement on industrial scale
In accordance with Critical Path Schedule
In accordance with AB InBev processes and procedures
I&R Managerial leadership
Through a lead zone & Global Lead Projects
Working together with Global and Zone Technical, Procurement, Marketing, Innovation, Quality, Engineering, Laboratories …
Managing suppliers (design/packaging/engineering …)
Working experience and other:
Engineer with several years of experience on FMCG projects
Design, develop, qualify, implement packaging
Project and Multifunctional team leadership
Profound packaging development background
High EQ / Maturity
Go and Get mentality, dynamic
Problem solver
Process, Critical Path Schedule and Quality driven
Independently operating
