With minimal guidance and direction, the ISE III All round works with Field Sales and Service Engineers and Product Support staff of the particular Country or Sales Area to promote, sell and support products. This includes application assistance and troubleshooting and this includes all sales and order administration activities.The ISE III All round co-operates within a small Customer Service Team with colleagues of the same level/position.

Functie-eisen:

Native French
- Fluent in English
- Good technical understanding (if not qualification)
- Good Team building skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills are essential
- Excellent communication (both verbal and listening) skills at all levels
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- High level of organizational skills
- Flexibility
- 3-5 years work experience in the general customer service field is required.
