We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SEO Manager with a strong background in technology and online marketing.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the global SEO strategy, creating SEO friendly website components and sharing best-practices with local teams.
Your key accountibility and responsibilities are:
- Evangilize SEO throughout te organisation
- Educate team members on the latest SEO techniques 
- Support optimizing site architecture for SEO
- Develop, maintain, and lead implementation of SEO strategy
- Report on key metrics using Web Analytics and project status to stakeholders
- Acces technical developments to improve indexing and ranking of web pages
- Acces coding standards for maximum SEO benefit
- Review code to check for possible SEO ramifications
- Keep up to date on the latest SEO trends and practices

Functie-eisen:

- At least 3-4 years of advanced SEO experience
- Expertise with common SEO ranking and Web Analytical tools
- Knowledge and understanding of current search engine algorithms / methods
- Must have led succesful SEO projects
- Understanding of programming; C#, .Net, HTML, CSS, AJAX / Javascript
- Experience with CMS systems is a plus
- Experience working in a start-up environment
- Experience leading/managing a project
