The fastest way to place your job ads on Worktrack.eu is via an XML feed. You first need to register as an employer, giving as much information as possible during the online registration process. Do not forget to include your logo in your account, since this is placed at the top of every job ad resulting in brand awareness for your organization. Requirements
All information about the job ad needs to be placed within CDATA sections to prevent problems in processing your XML feed. The feed needs to include all open job ads, not only the jobs that have been added since the last request for a feed. Job ads that are not included in your feed are removed from the search results. Please contact when you are interested in this.

Our policy for General Use
If you do not comply to our rules, your feed will be cancelled without notification and the job ads will be removed from the search results.

When you have job ads in different categories, it is obligated to include this in the XML. All online applications are processed via Worktrack or by utilizing an application link (obligated). You can choose to receive an automatic email from us when someone has applied for a job instead of placing the application link. The job ads are directly sent to the right contact person, as stated in the XML document. (note: make sure your colleagues are aware of the login data, since you need to log in to view the online job ads)

All job ads that are included in your XML feed are only allowed to appear on your website. It is not allowed to include job ads from other job ad websites in your XML feed. No job ads are allowed to be included in your XML feed that are already filled or otherwise old. If your feed is deactivated then please contact us to reactivate it.

We check your XML feed multiple times per day for new job ads. If you want to find candidates fast, then it is easy to convert a job ad into a TOP ad. Login to your account and find the job ad(s). you will first need to purchase a TOP ad package.
